CALM - Creative Journaling Course
CALM is a 6 week interactive workshop exploring creativity and journalling to support emotional and mental perinatal wellbeing. The course provides a relaxed supportive environment to explore the benefits of creativity alongside discovering coping techniques and strategies to manage stress and anxiety and support from like minded peers. Childcare is available for little ones under 2 and all materials are provided.
I have enjoyed every session of CALM. Every time I'am here I go home feeling much better and I look forward to the next week.
