Service Description
Nurture and Nourish is a free weekly peer support group run by our lovely volunteers and perinatal team. This supportive group is specifically for mums in the fourth trimester, which is from birth until around the time your baby is 16 weeks old. The first weeks after birth are a sensitive and special time. We offer a warm, safe and welcoming place to meet other mums and babies at the same stage (perhaps venturing out to a group for the very first time - we understand what a challenge that can be - we are here to support you!). This group offers the chance to share experiences, enjoy a cuppa, ask questions and get support. If you’re looking for a gentle supportive group with others in this stage this is the group for you! Pregnant mums are also welcome to attend this group! If your baby is advancing beyond this stage - take a look at our other peer support groups. If you’re unsure which group is right for you and your baby please do get in touch!
